This model calculates the differences between the ODI payments for 2024-25 based on performance assumed at the PR24 final determination and payments based on actual performance. The inputs to this model are the outputs from the PR24 Final Determination Outcome Delivery Incentives (ODI) performance models (published December 2024 containing forecast payments), the company's view of actual ODI payments for 2024-25 from their 2024-25 ODI performance models and Ofwat's view of actual ODI payments for 2024-25 (to be determined).
