These are the standard form templates that will be used in the Cladding Safety Scheme (CSS).

The CSS is a fund that addresses fire risks associated with cladding on residential buildings.

These templates are provided for information only, not for completion.

There are versions of these documents for local authorities, registered providers and individuals.

Homes England will update this page from time to time.
