     Updated the application form and guidance to explain that you need to use an Adobe product to fill in the form.

     EPR application form Part D2 transfers corrected error in form. Appendix 1 re-added.

     Application form updated to remove question 4a and add in question covering Medium Combustion Plants. Guidance notes amended to reflect changes to application form.

     This page has been updated by the Environment Agency as a result of the strategic review of charges. The review was consulted on between November 2017 and January 2018. The changes commence from April 2018.

Details

If you want to transfer all, or part of, your existing permit to another person, you must get the person who will take on the permit to fill in the part A, D2 and F1 forms.
