General Trade Licence: Russia Sanctions - Vessels

This licence provides regulation on the provision of technical assistance, financial services and funds, and brokering services, related to vessels.

  1. 18 January 2024

     The current General Trade Licence has been revoked and a revised version is in place. The new licence includes new regulations 46XB, 46XD, 46XE, 46XF and 46XG.

  2. 1 August 2022

     This licence has been modified to enable the provision of insurance and reinsurance to a person connected with Russia in relation to the items in paragraph 1 (a).

  3. 8 April 2022

     This licence has been modified to include aircraft and aero gas turbine engines within its scope.
