Details

The confirmation statement (CS01) replaced the annual return on 30 June 2016.

You can only file an annual return if it’s made up to 29 June 2016 or earlier. There’s a £40 fee to file the AR01 paper form.

If your annual return is under the Companies Act 1985, you must file a form 363.
