     1) Revised explanation of our area approach to renewing time limited licences and addressing sustainability. 2) Clarification of our position that the requirements of habitats directive sites will over-ride the CAMS status. 3) Minor changes to the status of water bodies and the hands off flows in certain areas. 4) New maps where necessary to keep up with these changes.
