SR2008 No27 mobile plant for the treatment of soils and contaminated material, substances and products rule set has been re-published to include ex-situ treatment of pumped water in Table 2.1 Activities and the requirement to notify the Environment Agency prior to deployment at 4.3.5. This had been omitted in error.

  4. We have added text to clarify the status of the new and amended rules sets following consultation No 12 and re-instated the existing rules sets that continue to apply until 1 March 2016.
