Internal temporary storage facilities (ITSFs) codes for Data Element 5/23 of the Customs Declaration Service

Find a list of codes which can be used in Data Element 5/23 to identify the location where the goods may be examined for internal temporary storage facilities (Appendix 16D).

  28. The format of the table for 'Internal temporary storage facilities codes for Data Element 5/23 of the Customs Declaration Service' has been updated, including a new column to indicate whether or not the location is in Northern Ireland.

  29. Postcodes have been added to entries where they were previously missing.

  30. GBAULHRLHRNHS and GBAULHRLHRAAS for American Airlines in Hounslow have been removed. GBAULHRLHRWAS for Worldwide Flight Services Limited has been removed. GBAUSWLLHRHPS for Swissport GB Limited in Hounslow has been added. GBAUCAWLGWOKS for Worldwide Flight Services Limited in Gatwick has been added.

  31. Code GBAULHRLHRAPH and code GBAULHRLHRAHL have been removed for Airport Perishable Handling Limited at Heathrow.

  32. Code GBAUYEOBRSMOD has been added for Ministry of Defence, Ilchester. Code GBAUEMAEMAUZS has been removed for UPS Limited, Castle Donington.

  38. ITSF code for Pets On The Move (GBAUNCLNCLPET) in Newcastle Airport has been added.

  39. ITSF code for Speedlink (NI) Ltd (GBAUCMLBFSLXS) in Belfast Airport has been added.

  40. One internal temporary storage facilities code (GBAUBELBFSHWS) is no longer in use. One duplicate code (GBAUCVTBHXPME) has also been removed.

  41. Updated to remove the code for DHL Global Match Ltd in Christchurch.

  42. Updated to remove the details for London Southend Airport Company Ltd (GBAUSAASENLZS).

  43. Updated to remove the codes GBAUDONDSARQS for Anglo World Cargo Ltd and GBAUBOHBOHLMS for DHL Global Match Ltd.

  44. ITSF codes have been added for Uniserve Ltd at Norwich Airport and London Southend Airport Company Ltd at Southend Airport.

  45. Addition to ITSF location code for Animal Aircare Ltd at Hounslow.

  46. Details for Fedex Express UK Ltd at Manchester Airport have been added.

  47. Codes have been added for Oceanair Handling at Southampton Airport, Crown Fine Art in London and for Worldwide Flight Services Ltd in Hounslow.

  48. A facility has been added for North West Leicestershire District Council at Castle Donington and another facility has been relisted for Swissport at London Heathrow Airport.

  49. New details have been added for British Airways at London Heathrow Airport.

  50. This page has been updated with additions for Bournemouth International Airport Ltd, Soton Cargo Handling and YA Autotrade.

  51. Additions and amendments have been made at Birmingham Airport, Bournemouth Airport, Coventry, Dover, Edinburgh Airport, London Gatwick and London Heathrow.

  52. Minor outdated guidance has been removed.

  53.
