  1. Application form and combustion plant list spreadsheet updated to include decarbonisation readiness requirements. Minor updates to some application form questions.

  2. Combustion plant list has been amended to allow for bulk upload into ReSP,

  3. Amended the application form to accommodate existing medium combustion plant applications and for phase 3 plant permits. Also improved the form by reducing the number of questions and making it easier to use. Added combustion plant list spreadsheet.
