     The existing open general trade control licence (OGTCL) has been revoked and amended to remove Israel as a permitted destination.

  2. 30 December 2022

     The open general trade control licence category C goods - from November 2019 has been revoked as it is no longer required.

  3. 30 September 2022

     Open general trade control licence (category C goods) has been revised to clarify that it is available for registration.

  4. 31 December 2020

     This Open General Export Licence has been revised to take into account changes in legislation following the end of the transition period.

Details

This open general trade control licence (OGTCL) allows the transfer to and from specified countries of ‘category C’ goods.

You will need to state the exact name of the licence or the SPIRE reference on any supporting documentation given to HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC).
