     The way you contact APHA has changed. The email address exports@apha.gov.uk is no longer in use. We have added a link to the contact form.

  2. 13 July 2026

     Updated the section on how accessible the service is, to reflect fixes to some parts of the service people may find difficult to use. Clarified how you can contact APHA if you have difficulty using the service. Updated the email address for reporting accessibility problems. Updated details of the last testing of the website, on 21 November 2024.

     Updated or removed sections of the page to reflect that EHC Online is not used in Northern Ireland. Also, made changes to reflect that it now meets accessibility standards.
