Sign in to the outgoing Trader Support Service (TSS)

If you signed up for the outgoing Trader Support Service before 14 October 2026, you can use this service to manage goods movements and add users to your account.

     Information has been updated to confirm that from 20 October 2026 all new movements must be made using the new Trader Support Service. Existing movements that began before 20 October 2026 can continue to be managed through the outgoing Trader Support Service.

Updates have been added to tell you what you need to do if you've already signed up for the outgoing Trader Support Service and what you need to do if you're registering for the Trader Support Service for the first time.

Changes to the Trader Support Service

The new Trader Support Service has launched. It can support you with the customs arrangements for goods moving to or from Northern Ireland.

All new movements must now be submitted using the new service.

If you were already signed up for the outgoing Trader Support Service, you’ll have been migrated to the new service and will not need to register again. If you have declarations in progress that were submitted using the old Trader Support Service you’ll be able to continue managing these declarations through to completion.

If you’re not already signed up, you can now register for the new service to declare goods that you’re moving to or from Northern Ireland.

From 30 November the old Trader Support Service will close, and all users will be expected to use the new Trader Support Service (TSS).

You can use this service to manage goods movements and add users to your account. This service will remain available until 30 November 2026.
