  • Have Your Say: The Futures Annual Survey 2026 is now open! 

    Every year, the Futures team reflects on how well the platform is meeting the needs of users across health and care. Our annual survey gives you the opportunity to share your experience and help us understand what’s working well, where improvements could be made and what you would like to see in the future. 

    What did you tell us last year? 

    Last year's survey played an important role in shaping our priorities and strengthening the case for the future of the platform. The insights and metrics you provided helped us to; 

    • Secure a new two-year contract with our tech supplier Kahootz 
    • Improve the sign-in experience, strengthening our Single Sign On (SSO) options  
    • Undertake further in-depth research into search and discoverability – now one of our top priorities  
    • Launch our pilot advanced training sessions for Workspace Managers – with wider roll out starting before the end of the year
