Our work in Wales

Find out about what we do in Wales.

How we work in Wales

To help make Wales a fairer place, we work to tackle the inequalities, disadvantage and discrimination that are still too common here. We help to ensure that policy making in Great Britain also reflects the needs of Wales.

We take legal action, conduct research and provide information that is relevant to Wales. We also advise the Welsh Government and Senedd on the effect of Welsh legislation.

We connect with our stakeholders in Wales through the Equality and Human Rights Exchange network.
