A well-established, FCA-regulated general insurance business on the outskirts of Bolton (Egerton) is looking for a Motor Claims Handler to join its growing claims team. This is a great opportunity to build a career in insurance with fully funded CII qualifications and clear progression.

You'll manage FNOL (First Notification of Loss) and accidental damage motor claims from first notification through to settlement, looking after policyholders and making sure claims are handled fairly and efficiently.

What you'll be doing:
- Handling FNOL and accidental damage motor claims from start to finish
- Speaking with policyholders, gathering details and checking cover
- Assessing claims and progressing them towards settlement
- Keeping accurate records and meeting FCA and regulatory standards
- Delivering excellent customer service at every stage

What you'll need:
- Some experience in claims, insurance or a customer-focused role
- Strong communication skills and good attention to detail
- Confident using computer systems and managing a caseload
- A willingness to learn and study towards CII qualifications (fully funded)
