You will work across patients' clinical pathways, taking referrals from clinicians, nurses and other AHPs. You will be working within a supportive team environment and will be encouraged to share thoughts and ideas. . You will need to be confident with excellent communication skills and demonstrate an ability to be self-motivated. You will participate in the management of a large caseload of patients, often with complex physical, emotional and psychological needs.
