An exciting opportunity has now arisen as we are seeking a dynamic, highly skilled and self-motivated Service Delivery Manager to join our Smart City Team.



The successful candidate will lead the planning, coordination and delivery of innovative Smart City projects, including next-generation digital infrastructure and digital and data solutions across the city. The role is responsible for translating the Smart City vision into tangible outcomes through the successful delivery of complex, multi-partner projects and programmes.



The postholder will drive innovation, foster strategic partnerships, and ensure that projects deliver measurable benefits, supporting the transformation of city services and place through digital and data-led approaches.



The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years Project Management experience and a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects with multi-disciplined teams. With strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships demonstrating personal credibility and leadership.
