Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and digitally confident Digital Systems Administrator to support the operation of Culture House.andnbsp;This role will lead on the day-to-day administration and optimisation of key digital systems, ensuring they are effectively managed across ticketing, website content, event scheduling, and customer engagement. You will play a vital role in supporting a seamless and high-quality digital experience for audiences, partners, and staff.



The post will also support the wider Creative Smart City Hub Library services, ensuring digital systems are effectively aligned across cultural, library, and community-facing activity.

Key Tasks

Administer and maintain ticketing and CRM systems (Spektrix)
Manage and update website content via WordPress, ensuring accuracy and usability
Support event scheduling, planning, and data management using Artifax
Ensure integration and consistency across digital systems and platforms
Coordinate event listings, digital content, and customer communications
Produce reports and insights to support performance monitoring and audience development
Provide systems support across Culture House, the Creative Smart City Hub Library services
Work collaboratively across teams to ensure smooth operational delivery
Contribute to continuous improvement of digital systems and processes

We are looking for someone who:


Has hands-on experience with Spektrix, WordPress, and Artifax
Has experience managing digital systems within a busy venue, cultural, library, or events environment
Is highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
Is confident working across multiple systems and priorities
Takes a proactive and solutions-focused approach
Communicates effectively and works well as part of a team
