Flexible Bank Support Worker

Pay £13.45 per hour, we pay £50 per sleep in shift and offer great benefits   

Flexible Work, hours to suit you  

Worcestershire - to cover the Kidderminster and Worcester areas.

What you’ll do

  • Assist customers with their daily living tasks to develop their independence, achieve their goals aspirations and outcomes documented in their support plans

  • Support vulnerable customers in a variety of services

  • Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments

  • Carry out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews

  • Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community

You bring 

  • Flexibility to work at short notice, as you’ll be the one picking your next shift 

  • Confidence to work in different services, locations or teams and get on with colleagues

  • Passion and experience in supporting others, ideally in a supported housing setting

  • Experience of caring for others – professionally or personally

  • Calm, confident decision-making even under pressure

  • Experience working with people with mental health conditions.

The practical bits

  • The service is a 24hr service with sleep-in shift cover - therefore the shifts will be to cover various times, including early mornings, late nights, weekends and sleep-in shift cover.

  • You need an Enhanced DBS with barring list (we pay) 

  • A vehicle insured for business use (and a license!), we’ll pay for any business mileage
