Summary
Job Description
Mosaic 1898 Direct Payments Support Service are recruiting for a Personal Assistant in the LE3 0GF. The role is 7 hours per week.
This is a post with an immediate start date for the correct candidates.
Assist the employer with personal, domestic, and administrative needs, enabling the employer to maintain independence and a balanced lifestyle.
Duties (as instructed or directed by employer):
• Assist with domestic tasks: cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, fridge clearing, decluttering, and general household duties.
• Help implement a structured daily routine.
• Assist with shopping, meal planning, and prompting healthy eating habits, including meal preparation.
• Schedule cleaning tools with accommodation staff for proper use.
• Assist with clerical and administrative tasks as needed.
• Escort to social and medical appointments if required.
Additional Requirements:
Proximity to employer’s flat in the city centre or own vehicle for access.
This role does not support sponsorship applications under current Home Office criteria.
Working with Disabled Employers:
To support independence and enable the employer to lead an active lifestyle within their community. The PA should understand their role, communicate effectively, and respect privacy and dignity.

Training:
•Daily tasks will be learned through working alongside the employer.
