Job Purpose
To maintain Jigs /Fixtures and Tooling relating to manufacture of Exhausts /Fuel Fillers/Fuel tanks and Fuel Rails in a just in
time environment.

Service Excellence: Learn to deliver high-quality support across the business, ensuring we meet and exceed every customer’s unique
requirements.
Active Problem Solving: Develop your skills by participating in team problem-solving sessions and helping us find ways to improve
how we work.
Technical Foundations: Gain hands-on experience by providing technical support to our production areas under the guidance of
senior mentors.
Efficiency Mindset: Assist in identifying ways to save costs and improve efficiency through process development projects.
Safety & Responsibility: Prioritize the well-being of yourself and your colleagues by following all Safety, Health & Environmental
(SHE) guidelines and speaking up about potential hazards.
Your Skills & Experience
Educational Foundation: You’ve completed a relevant Apprenticeship, City & Guilds qualification, or an equivalent technical
foundation.
Workplace Exposure: You have a basic understanding of Maintenance or Toolroom environments (this is a plus, but not a
deal-breaker!).
The "Lean" Mindset: You’re familiar with lean manufacturing or the idea of continuous improvement—you like finding ways to do
things better.
Great Communicator: You can explain technical ideas clearly, whether you're speaking to the team or writing a quick report.
Safety First: You have a solid grasp of safe working practices and take your Health & Safety responsibilities seriously.
Team Player: You have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy building positive relationships with your colleagues.
