Property Administrator – Part Time (30 hrs/week)
We are looking for a friendly and organised Property Administrator to join our property management team. In this varied front-office role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service while supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy lettings business.
Key Responsibilities
Answering incoming calls and responding to emails in a professional and timely manner, managing enquiries with care and efficiency. Maintaining and updating the company CRM system to ensure accurate records. Supporting the lettings process by preparing and generating tenancy paperwork and associated documentation. Carrying out cleaning duties to maintain a presentable office environment. The role also includes visiting properties to conduct viewings, inspections, and valuations, so a degree of flexibility and willingness to travel locally is preferred but not necessary.
What We're Looking For
A confident communicator who is comfortable speaking with a range of people, highly organised with good attention to detail, and able to manage a busy workload in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working both in the office and out in the field visiting properties. Previous experience in customer service or administration is desirable, though full training will be provided.
Hours & Pay: 30 hours per week | National Minimum Wage
