ROLE: Workplace Manager (WPM) - M5HOURS: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pmLOCATION: Direct Line - Liverpool - One St Pauls Square

We're looking for a Workplace Manager (WPM) to take full ownership of a single site, ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational performance and a positive client experience.
Role Responsibilities:• Own end-to-end service delivery for the site, ensuring SLAs, KPIs and standards are consistently met• Lead and manage the on-site team, providing coaching, feedback and development to build a high-performing and engaged workforce• Act as the primary point of contact for the client, managing relationships, expectations and escalations effectively• Ensure compliance across QHSE, audits, RAMS and permits, maintaining audit readiness at all times• Drive service integration across cleaning, security, catering and engineering teams, ensuring one joined-up delivery model
Required Qualifications: applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.• Previous experience managing site operations and service delivery within a facilities management environment• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective working relationships• Experience managing compliance, risk and audit processes• Ability to analyse performance data and drive continuous improvement initiatives• Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
