Summary
Temporary Housing Officer
6-8 Week Contract
An experienced housing professional is required for a short-term assignment to provide cover within a busy housing management team.
- Temporary contract (approximately 6-8 weeks)
- Full-time, 35 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
- Office-based role with regular site and estate visits
- Central Scotland location
- Strong background in tenancy management within a social housing or housing management environment
- Proven experience managing rent arrears and supporting income recovery activities
- Ability to manage a varied caseload and work effectively with tenants and partner agencies
- Full, clean UK driving licence is essential, as the role requires regular travel and visits to properties and estates
- Ability to work independently and become operational quickly within an established team
