Location: Tottenham, North London
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the overall management and performance of the nursery
• Ensure outstanding standards of childcare and education
• Lead, develop, and manage nursery staff
• Maintain compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements
• Manage occupancy, budgets, and parent relationships
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Nursery Manager
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent understanding of nursery operations and compliance
• Relevant childcare qualification
