Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a well-established nursery group for an experienced Nursery Deputy Manager.
Location: Tottenham, North London
Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursery
• Lead and motivate nursery staff to deliver high-quality childcare
• Ensure safeguarding and compliance standards are maintained
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers
• Support staff development, training, and performance management
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a senior nursery role
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Sound knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding procedures
• Relevant childcare qualification
