Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher of Psychology and Sociology looking to inspire students across Key Stages 3–5?

TheTalentumLearning Trust isseekingto appoint an enthusiastic and knowledgeable teacher to deliver high-quality teaching across Westwood College and Leek High School. This is an excellent opportunity for both early career teachers and experienced practitioners to join a supportive and forward-thinking Trust.

About the Role

You will play a key role in delivering engaging and challenging lessons, supporting students to achieve their full potential and develop a strong understanding of Psychology and Sociology.

You will:

• Deliver high-quality teaching across KS3–5 (depending on experience)

• Plan and teach engaging lessons that promote curiosity, criticalthinkingand academic success

• Assess,monitorand support student progress to ensure strong outcomes

• Contribute to curriculum development within Psychology and Sociology

• Support wider school priorities including safeguarding,behaviourand attendance

• Contribute to enrichment opportunities and the wider life of the school’s community

• Has, or is working towards, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Has a strong subject knowledge in Psychology and/or Sociology

• Works effectively as part of a team and contributes positively to school life
