You would be joining Mitie Care & Custody Police Services, the leading forensic healthcare & custody detention provider in the UK, delivering services to 27 police forces.

No two days are the same with an extremely varied workload. You will be providing exemplary, confidential support to the senior managers, healthcare professionals and police in our nationwide contracts.

You will primarily be based in our Manchester office, but we offer an agile working arrangement with some days spent working from home. We feel this increases productivity and improves our employees' work-life balance.

Hours: 42 hours per week (average) based on a rolling shift pattern of days, nights and weekends (with overtime opportunities available).

Annual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays

Salary: £27,834.96 - £29,374.80

Start Date: July/August 2026 (or sooner depending on availability of successful candidate)



We don't need you to have previous experience of working in a call centre, we're looking for people with transferrable skills and an enthusiastic attitude. Your way of thinking and behaviour is just as important as your experience.
