Secondary Science Teacher

Paragon Education is recruiting a motivated and skilled Science Teacher to join a well-supported secondary school in Kidderminster. The school is committed to delivering high-quality science education and encouraging students to develop curiosity, practical skills, and confidence within the subject.
You will be joining a collaborative science department with access to well-equipped facilities and strong leadership support.
What the role involves:
Planning and delivering engaging Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
Supporting students in developing practical and theoretical scientific knowledge
Preparing pupils for assessments and GCSE examinations
Conducting practical experiments while maintaining high safety standards
Differentiating lessons to support a range of learning abilities
Contributing to departmental planning and curriculum development
What you’ll need:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Experience teaching Science in a UK secondary school
Strong subject knowledge across Biology, Chemistry, or Physics
Ability to engage and motivate students effectively
Good classroom management and organisational skills
A commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing
