Summary

We are seeking to recruit a dynamic and results-focused individual to be part of our Housing Team. Educated to degree level you will be HHSRS certified and have experience in HMO and private sector housing compliance and mandatory HMO licensing. Some experience of caravan site licensing would be an advantage.

Reporting to the Housing Team Leader you will play an integral role in delivering our service priorities. You will be able to demonstrate a track record of compliance alongside delivering excellent customer service /satisfaction through your excellent communication skills.

The contractual work location for this role is stated above however you may be required to work from a range of work locations or sites within the Borough and may also be required to work from home, depending on the needs of the service.
