What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
o Leading whole-class teaching sessions, delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
o Adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs, including SEND and EAL pupils
o Managing classroom behaviour effectively, maintaining a positive and focused learning environment
o Assessing pupil progress during lessons and providing immediate feedback to support learning
o Collaborating with teachers and support staff to ensure continuity and consistency in pupil outcome
o Contributing to the development and implementation of behaviour support strategies, promoting a positive and safe learning environment for all pupils
