Paragon Education is recruiting a passionate and energetic PE Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Malvern. The school values physical education as an important part of student development, promoting teamwork, resilience, and healthy lifestyles across all year groups.
You will be joining a supportive department with excellent opportunities to contribute to extracurricular sport and school competitions. This role is ideal for a teacher who can motivate students and encourage participation at all ability levels.
What the role involves:
Planning and delivering engaging PE lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
Supporting students in developing fitness, teamwork, and sporting skills
Encouraging participation and confidence in a range of physical activities
Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback
Organising and supporting extracurricular sports clubs and fixtures
Maintaining a safe and positive learning environment during practical lessons
What you’ll need:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Experience teaching PE in a UK secondary school setting
Strong knowledge across a variety of sports and physical activities
Ability to motivate and engage students of all abilities
Effective classroom and behaviour management skills
A commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing
