• Have good subject knowledge in English and Maths and be ready to bring your interests and enthusiasm about other aspects of the curriculum to us.

• Have a good understanding of how to adapt planned learning to effectively support pupil progress.
• Have a commitment to working as part of a team and sharing good practice.
• Have a positive outlook, energy and good communication skills.
• Be committed to establishing a positive school experience; promoting high standards and providing effective purposeful feedback to learners.
