Level 3 Teaching Assistants – EYFS (Primary Schools in Leicester)

Link3 Recruitment is currently recruiting Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistants to work across EYFS in welcoming and supportive primary schools in Leicester.

This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate Early Years professionals looking for flexible or long-term work within high-quality school settings.

The Role
  • Supporting children across EYFS (Nursery & Reception)
  • Working 1:1, in small groups, or as general classroom support
  • Assisting with phonics, early learning activities, and child development
  • Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
  • Working collaboratively with class teachers and EYFS teams
    Requirements

  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
  • Previous EYFS experience in a nursery or primary school setting
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework
  • A caring, proactive, and professional approach
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
