Our client is looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in the heart of an Italian venue.
Working with high-quality seasonal ingredients and authentic Italian cooking, this is a great opportunity for a chef who wants to develop their skills in a professional, supportive, and ambitious kitchen environment.
What We Offer
-£35,000 salary plus service charge
-4.5-day working week ( Weds - Sat Lunch and Dinner, Sun Lunch Service only)
-2.5 Consecutive days off
-Opportunity to work with fresh, seasonal produce

The Role
As Chef de Partie, you will:
-Run your own section confidently and efficiently
-Maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation
-Work closely with the senior kitchen team
-Help maintain a clean, organised, and professional kitchen
-Contribute positively to team culture and service standards
What We’re Looking For
-Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi CDP ready to step up
-Passion for quality food and hospitality
-Calm and professional attitude under pressure
-Strong work ethic and attention to detail
-Interest in Italian cuisine is a bonus
