The Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to cover Swansea and the surrounding western region.
This is a client-facing, field-based role suited to someone who enjoys being on the road, meeting customers, and driving business growth. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing existing accounts, and delivering tailored solutions to clients across construction and commercial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients
• Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities
• Visit client premises to assess needs and provide tailored solutions
• Conduct site surveys and take accurate measurements
• Present product solutions (window films, signage, blinds, graphics)
• Prepare detailed proposals and quotations
• Follow up on quotes and convert opportunities into sales
• Act as the main point of contact for customer enquiries
• Build long-term relationships with contractors, specifiers, and end clients
• Maintain and manage a sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
• Keep detailed records of activity using CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and occasional industry events
Skills & Experience
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, account management, or field sales (or relevant qualification) desirable but not essential
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Confident communicator, both face-to-face and remotely
• Ability to understand technical products and present clear solutions
• Self-motivated with strong organisational and time-management skills
• Comfortable managing a territory and pipeline
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
Desirable
• Experience in construction, healthcare, building products, signage, glazing, or similar sectors
• Knowledge of site surveying or measuring (training provided if required)
Working Hours & Benefits
• Monday–Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00
• Friday: 08:30 – 15:00
• Salary circa £30,000 (depending on experience)
