We're looking for a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and managing a cleaning team across multiple client sites.
Contract: PermanentType: Full Time Hours: 40 hours per weekPay: £15.67 per hour Location: Scottish Government, Victoria Quay, Leith, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH6 6QQ
Role Responsibilities:
-Manage a cleaning team, including recruitment, training, and development
-Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to a high standard
-Ensure staff follow task schedules and Health & Safety procedures
-Monitor cleanliness standards, distribute uniforms, and manage stock levels
-Handle issues professionally and escalate to line manager when needed

-Previous supervisory and cleaning experience
-Strong communication skills and professional attitude
-Ability to work independently and to a schedule
-Reliable, hardworking, and committed to service excellence
-Willingness to support continuous improvement in service delivery
