Paragon Education is recruiting a creative and energetic Drama Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in Kidderminster. The school values the performing arts and encourages students to develop confidence, creativity, and communication skills through engaging drama lessons and performances.

This is an exciting opportunity to inspire students through practical learning while contributing to productions, performances, and wider school events.

What the role involves:

Planning and delivering engaging Drama lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
Encouraging creativity, performance, and self-expression in students
Preparing pupils for practical assessments and performances
Supporting extracurricular drama clubs and school productions
Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
Monitoring student progress and providing meaningful feedback

What you’ll need:

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Experience teaching Drama in a UK secondary school
Strong classroom presence and communication skills
Ability to inspire confidence and participation in students
Good classroom management and organisational skills
A commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing
