We are looking for an exceptional Deputy Chief People Officer – Operational People Services to join our senior People leadership team and play a pivotal role in delivering modern, high impact People services across the organisation.

As Deputy CPO, you will:
• Lead the delivery of high quality, insight-driven operational People services
• Oversee key functions including:• HR Business Partnering
• Employee Relations & Investigations
• Medical Staffing
• Recruitment & Workforce Supply
• HR Operations
• Act as a trusted advisor to the Executive Team
• Drive a “staff voice to action” approach, using workforce insight to inform decisions
• Lead complex organisational change and workforce transformation programmes
• Champion a Just and Learning Culture, embedding fairness, openness and continuous improvement

You will play a critical role in ensuring our People services are:

Modern and digitally enabled
Efficient and outcome-focused
Aligned to workforce priorities and organisational strategy

We are looking for a credible, values led senior People leader who can operate at pace and with impact.

You will bring:
• Significant senior HR/People leadership experience
• A strong track record in:• Organisational change and transformation
• Managing complex employee relations
• Leading multi disciplinary HR teams
• Deep expertise in employment law and workforce frameworks
• The ability to:• Influence at Executive and Board level
• Translate strategy into delivery
• Use data and insight to drive improvement

You will be:
• A visible and authentic leader
• Passionate about staff experience, inclusion and equity
• Comfortable working in complex, fast-moving environments
• Driven to make a real difference to people and patient outcomes
