We are seeking a highly organised and reliable Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our vehicle inspection business. This is a fast-paced and varied role requiring strong IT skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Process payments for inspections over the phone
• Create and manage jobs on the internal web portal
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital records
• Provide administrative support to the technical team
• Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and general office duties
• Communicate effectively with customers, engineers, and management

Essential Skills
• Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office essential)
• Confident using web-based systems and digital platforms
• Excellent communication and telephone manner
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy office environment
