Duties as Primary School Teacher (ECT):
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 as a Primary School Teacher (ECT)
- Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that supports learning
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
- Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities
- Support pupils’ academic progress and emotional wellbeing throughout the school day
- Follow safeguarding procedures and promote the welfare of all pupils
- Manage classroom routines confidently to ensure continuity of learning
- Provide clear feedback and handover notes to school staff
- Represent Step Teachers professionally while working as a Primary School Teacher (ECT)
