Immediate Starts & September 2026 Opportunities
Paragon Education is currently recruiting dedicated and passionate Secondary Teachers to work in a range of supportive and well-established schools across Worcestershire.
We are looking for enthusiastic teachers for immediate starts and September 2026 roles across a variety of subjects, including both short-term supply and long-term/permanent positions.
Whether you are an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), we have opportunities to suit your experience and career goals.

The Role
You will:
Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum
Inspire and motivate students across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and KS5 where applicable)
Maintain strong classroom behaviour and positive learning environments
Assess, monitor, and support student progress
Work collaboratively with departments and senior leadership teams
Support pupils academically, socially, and emotionally
Requirements
Applicants must have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
Experience teaching within a UK secondary school setting
Strong behaviour management skills
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A passion for education and student achievement
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Desirable Experience
Experience teaching GCSE and/or A-Level
Subject leadership or intervention experience
SEN or SEMH experience
Ability to teach a second subject
