Rhiw Syr Dafydd Primary School is seeking to appoint an Administrative Assistant to join our wonderful school community. Rhiw Syr Dafydd Primary School is a happy and welcoming place, and the successful applicant will join our friendly and hardworking Administration Team.
The team at Rhiw Syr Dafydd Primary School is dedicated, hardworking and supportive. The successful candidate will be required to work as part of this team, providing enthusiasm, humour and a determination to support each other in providing an excellent school experience for our pupils during the school day.
The role is as detailed in the job description and person specification, it involves reception duties, answering general telephone and face to face enquiries both with parents and visitors. We need someone who is flexible, patient and able to communicate well, but most of all, can contribute to the overall ethos/work/aims of the school.
Candidates wishing to apply for this position should clearly outline how they think they meet the person specification in their application.

For the role, we ask that you have:
NVQ 2 or equivalent qualification or experience in relevant discipline.
Good numeracy/literacy skills.
Experience in general clerical/administrative work.
