The Role
You will manage your own caseload of Civil and Commercial Litigation matters including:
• Breach of contract claims
• Housing disputes
• Shareholder and director disputes
• Contentious probate matters
• Will disputes and inheritance claims
• Trust disputes
• Court of Protection matters
• Proprietary estoppel claims
You’ll work closely with an experienced and supportive team whilst building strong long-term client relationships.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will:
• Possess strong technical and client management skills
• Be confident managing their own caseload independently
• Have excellent communication and organisational skills
• Be commercially aware with a professional approach
• Have strong attention to detail and IT proficiency
