Job Summary
We are looking for a flexible and committed teacher to deliver a personalised curriculum across KS3, KS4 and Post-16. You will support students with diverse needs, helping them achieve recognised qualifications and reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver tailored lessons and schemes of work
• Monitor, assess, and report on student progress
• Work closely with colleagues, families, and external professionals
• Ensure safeguarding, wellbeing, and positive learning environments
• Contribute to curriculum development and school life
• Provide cross-curricular support and cover when required
Requirements
• Strong commitment to inclusive, student-centred education
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Up-to-date curriculum knowledge
• Enhanced DBS required
