Employment Type: Full Time/Part Time, Mon to Fri

Key Responsibilities:
- Support children with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, speech and language delays, and learning difficulties
- Assist in the planning and delivery of tailored learning programmes to meet the individual needs of students
- Help create a positive, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that promotes engagement and success
- Work closely with teachers and the SENDCO to monitor progress and adapt strategies for each child
- Provide one-to-one and small group support as required, ensuring every child's needs are met effectively
- Support students during activities both in and outside the classroom, ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times

The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in a similar SEN role (preferred, but not essential)
- A genuine passion for working with children and helping them reach their potential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to be flexible, calm and adaptable across different needs and situations
- A shared belief in the values of respect, kindness, collaboration and curiosity
- A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to embrace new challenges
