Area: Scunthorpe DN17

Salary: Waking Nights £13.75 & Days £13.25

Hours: Waking Nights 8pm-8am

We are looking for a caring, reliable Female Support Worker to support a lovely lady in her own home.

She is a very sociable individual who enjoys getting out and about in the community and has a real love for music. We are seeking someone who will not only support her day-to-day needs but also actively encourage and share in the activities she enjoys, helping her live a full and happy life.

What we are looking for in You:

Kind, reliable, and respectful of professional boundaries
Experience in care work or a willingness to learn
Full UK driving licence
To work both independently and as part of a team.
Flexible, loyal, & trustworthy
Good time management & brilliant communicator

Key Responsibilities:

Personal care including washing, dressing & showering
Nutrition & hydration
Medication
Skin & pressure care
Clinical interventions as required , full training and ongoing support is provided by our clinical team
