We are currently seeking a reliable and professional HGV Class 2 Driver to join our commercial waste collection team based in Avonmouth. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced driver looking for stable, weekday work with early starts and competitive pay.
Key Responsibilities
Operating a Class 2 (Category C) vehicle safely and efficiently.
Collecting and transporting commercial waste from customer sites.
Completing daily vehicle checks and ensuring compliance with road transport regulations.
Providing excellent customer service while representing the company professionally.
Working closely with loaders and operational staff to complete scheduled routes.
Requirements
Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.
Valid Driver CPC qualification.
Digital Tachograph Card.
Good understanding of driver hours and road transport regulations.
Previous waste industry experience is beneficial but not essential.
Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
