Summary

Facilities Team Leader
HMP Humber, Brough (HU15 2JZ)
£35,143 – £41,341 + 15% weekend allowance



We’re recruiting a Facilities Team Leader to join our permanent FM team at HMP Humber, working on a secure Ministry of Justice contract.



Hours: 39 per week

Mon–Thu: 08:00–17:00
Fri–Sun: 08:00–16:00
1 in 3 weekends (+15% allowance)

The role
Supervise day‑to‑day facilities services
Ensure work is safe, secure and compliant
Promote strong health & safety standards
Liaise with prison management to manage priorities
Escalate and resolve issues quickly
What you’ll need
FM / estates supervisory experience
Good health & safety knowledge
IT confident (CAFM experience useful)
Calm, organised leadership style
Mechanical / plumbing background desirable
IOSH / FM quals beneficial, not essential


Training and development available if you meet most requirements.



Prison security clearance & Standard DBS required (we’ll support you).
