We are now looking for someone who shares that commitment to join us in the role of Customer Service Advisor.
About the role
The Customer Service Advisor is the first point of contact for the college, both via telephone and at reception, handling all visitor and customer enquiries. The role is key to creating a positive first impression and ensuring a welcoming, professional environment for learners, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver a high-quality, responsive customer service
• Answering and directing calls from the switchboard and directing queries.
• Provide accurate information and effectively handle internal and external enquiries
• Input and maintain accurate data within college systems in a timely manner
• Support front-of-house operations, ensuring a professional and organised reception area
• Carry out a range of administrative and support tasks as required.
About the person
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in an administrative role with experience of dealing with customers and a wide range of stakeholders. An understanding of the education sector and its operational environment is also very beneficial, as is excellent organisational skills.
Key Qualifications include:
Level 2 (or GCSE equivalent) in English and Mathematics
Level 2 qualification in Administration or a related field
